Troy Schultz
A licensed trainer through 1989, Troy owned and managed fitness studios for over 38 years in both California and Montana. As a NASM and C.F.T. Behavior Change Specialist, he even trained division 1 athletes for a college career. His whole-body approach and passion for proper nutrition and education, in addition to fitness, led him to build teams of multifaceted trainers using data-driven, science-backed programs with measurable results.

Stacey Schultz
After meeting in the gym, Stacey joined Troy as a personal fitness trainer. Over the years, she began expanding her services to life coaching and other lifestyle management advising. She is a CPT/Health and Lifestyle Coach, so after thousands of clients, Stacey has found strategies and approaches that work to bring about whole-life balance and wellness, especially in lifestyle, holistic coaching for relationship, sleep and all healthy life habits!
